Ons verhaal start midden in de corona-pandemie. Op een moment dat iedereen geïsoleerd is en thuis zit en wij graag iets willen doen, iets willen betekenen om de situatie lichter te maken. We houden ervan om mensen blij te maken, dat is vanaf het begin ons motto geweest. Met onze persoonlijke benadering, door bestellingen ook persoonlijk af te leveren en dan even een praatje te maken. En met onze producten als sfeer- en hobbyproducten die het huis gezellig maken en ontspanning geven. Ruim een jaar later is ons assortiment flink uitgebreid en onderverdeeld in food en non-food. Op de lange termijn willen we onze klanten van alles kunnen aanbieden.
L28 verkoopt online door heel het land, maar de persoonlijke aanpak en benadering van onze klanten blijft hierbij erg belangrijk. Ons motto is ‘passie voor de klant’. De visie van L28 is om een grote speler te worden. Niet alleen de regio bedienen vanuit onze warehouse in Neede (Gelderland), maar ook landelijk en op termijn internationaal. Maar altijd met de persoonlijke aanpak, een glimlach en een gepassioneerd team.
