Our services enable European companies-clients to take on additional employees(drivers), but without the need to employ them directly, whether long-term or short-term.
We provide recruitment, personnel administration, work permission and payroll management services in line with Latvian law, while the client company provides a workplace and ensures work safety.
“Labour Scout” has a license issued by the State Employment Agency of the Republic of Latvia for rendering of job placement services and is entitled to offer job placement services and staffing.
For our international customers we provide drivers with
1) "B" or "C" or "CE" category driver’s license with code 95 indication or additional to driver’s license driver qualification card with code 95 indication;
2) Non-EU citizens with D visa or residence permit in Latvia;
3) A1 certificate, to confirm that social security contributions paid in Latvia;
4) EVAK card;
5) "Vander Elst" visa for Germany.
The shortage of truck drivers is now reaching a critical point in European Union. A factor that should affect the evolution of transport industry and our company is ready provide long term solution to European customers.
Right now our company operates in Baltic market providing up to 40 drivers per medium client. But as we look ahead to 2022, we feel optimistic once again to expand to the West following the new rules and needs in EU’s Transportation sector. Since 2020 we have a real, actually existing, driver pool and network of partners, official employment agencies abroad. In order to place truck drivers, we don't have to take a long search and find them first, we can make them available directly on request.
