Lab'UA is the support service for university pedagogy at the University of Angers. In order to harmonize the processes of pedagogical transformation that affect both practices and systems, the Lab'UA with Nathalie Debski, Vice President for Pedagogical Transformation, participates in the realization of projects selected during the Calls for Projects and Calls for Expressions of Interest promoting success in the bachelor's degree program, the empowerment of students, the individualization of their monitoring and the playfulness, for a better acquisition of learning. The Lab'UA team supports teachers in their pedagogical approach and in the integration of digital technology in their teaching, by ensuring the following missions: Pedagogical support We accompany you, we advise you and participate in the design and implementation of your projects and educational resources The production of resources ; We also offer our multimedia and pedagogical know-how to design and produce together your visual or animated, digital or material supports The development of teachers' pedagogical skills We accompany you in hybrid teaching, the construction of distance learning courses, the discovery of Moodle and other digital and pedagogical tools by offering training sessions included in the training plan or personalized and on demand Pedagogical experimentation We practice a regular technical-pedagogical watch and we train in pedagogical innovation practices and tools. The objective is to experiment with new pedagogical practices with you and your students. You can count on us to accompany you in the implementation and analysis of these experiments! The promotion and dissemination of pedagogical innovation. We wish to promote and share the new pedagogical practices put in place by the teachers by organizing events
