Thousands of people interact, move and consume within a limited space, generating challenges for organizers in terms of mobility, security, logistics and user experience.
The lack of fixed physical infrastructures, such as sensors and IoT networks, hinders the collection of data in real time, which prevents an efficient management of the event and favors a reactive rather than proactive approach.
Lainapp addresses these challenges by capturing data in real time from the mobile devices of the attendees.
These devices collect information about mobility, location, interaction with different spaces and personal preferences.
With this information Lainapp offers solutions for each profile:
· Attendees: have a personalized itinerary, 360o recommendations and an interactive map according to their preferences and their location.
· Organizers: have a control panel with real-time analysis of the influx of people, incidents and resources, and this allows a better optimization of security and available resources.
· Suppliers: have a prediction of the demand for products or services, maximizing income and avoiding stock breakages.
This solution allows organizers to improve operational efficiency, attendees to enjoy a more personalized experience and suppliers to maximize their profitability.
Lainapp was born in September 2024 as a project within the sixth edition of the AI4ALL program promoted by UAB, the CVC and the IIIA CSIC.
We became co-winners of this program in December 2024 and we participated in a presentation of our project within the Primer program of the Generalitat de Catalunya at the Barcelona Stock Exchange.
In January 2025 we became part of the second edition of the program
AI Accelerator a joint initiative of the Digital Catalonia Alliance and the RDI-IA Network, coordinated, respectively, by the i2CAT Foundation and the CVC.
