Our culinary team, lead by young innovative head chef Eva Veber, who believes the basic of every good dish is preparing every ingredient in our kitchen, are experts in Vegetarian and Vegan cuisine. As we believe the basic of every good business is integrity, good communication and working well as a team, our catering chef team regularly works in close relation with our waitering team, so that unparalleled synchronisation between both is achieved at every event.
