Land Clicker is an online Peer-to-Real-Estate (“P2RE”) investment gallery. Our mission is to solve the inefficient, and fragmented of private Real Estate investments. Private Real Estate investments were once available only to deep-pocketed Real Estate investors. Now accredited investors can directly access quality investment opportunities in a more efficient and transparent way than ever before. Under our new rule 506(c) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, Real Estate sponsors can generally solicit accredited investors as long as proper steps were taken to verify investors’ accreditation status. Real estate sponsors posted their investment opportunities on our gallery with their investment strategies, property details, financials and legal documents.
Real Estate sponsors pay us a technology licensing and advertising fees. Our platform values quality, transparency, and trust. Accredited investors receive online Real Estate investment deal flow at their best time. Land Clicker is a free service for investors. We don't charge investors for signing up, browsing our online Real Estate Gallery, or making investments. We provide the proper tools to supplement investor's due diligence and investment decision. In addition, we never touch investors’ money, so we never take a cut on investors’ potential return. We believe investors should build their own relationship with their subject Real Estate sponsor. All of investors' money goes entirely into their investments. Land Clicker is the bridge for investors and Real Estate sponsors to meet together.
