Lang's Martial Arts is an accredited Unified International Taekwondo Federation-affiliated school specializing in ITF-style Taekwondo. Owner, Joseph Lang, with over 30 years of experience has traveled the world both to train and compete. Mr. Lang holds numerous World Championship Titles and gold medals in all events including pattern, board-breaking and sparring. In addition to Taekwondo, Mr. Lang has studied a vast array of martial arts including Muay Thai, Hapkido, Tang Soo Do, Karate and a multititude of others and has extensive knowledge with a variety of martial arts weapons. Mr. Lang is a World-Class martial artist and fighter with the gift of being an amazing Instructor as well. He customizes his teaching style to suit the needs of each individual student whether a child or adult. Lang's offers classes for children, teens and adults beginning at the age of 5 and offers opportunities to compete for those interested. Complimentary introductory classes are offered for those interested in experiencing our school and what it has to offer.
