• Organisatoren dance events / SENA
Rorsch vertegenwoordigde de organisatoren van dance events. Vivien Rorsch verdedigde de rechtsvraag dat een fonogram dat niet voor handelsdoeleinden maar voor particuliere doeleinden online beschikbaar wordt gesteld, niet als commercieel fonogram kan worden aangemerkt.
• KVGB / Gemeente Amsterdam
Rorsch vertegenwoordigde KVGB. De Hoge Raad bevestigde dat het opt-in-systeem voor ongeadresseerd reclamedrukwerk niet onrechtmatig is.
• ASUS / Philips
Rorsch vertegenwoordigde ASUS in drie octrooizaken over FRAND-voorwaarden. Alle drie de octrooizaken zijn geschikt.
