John Larson is a product of public housing, public education, and public service. Going forward, he will not only ensure that Americans get back on their feet, but that our country is better and stronger than ever in the wake.
He is a champion of Social Security and holds the position as the Chair of the House Ways and Means Social Security subcommittee. His newest bill, Social Security 2100: A Sacred Trust, cuts taxes for middle-class beneficiaries, extends program solvency, and expands benefits across the board, with nearly 200 House Democrats co-sponsoring on the very first day it was introduced!
He is working to secure Americans’ retirement safety, make college more affordable, expand health care access, combat our climate crisis, and rebuild our nation’s infrastructure. He has the vision, leadership, and know-how that is necessary to rebuild our cities and towns, our state, and all of America.
