Founded and operated by Retired FLETC Senior Legal Instructors who have collectively training over 100,000 state and federal law enforcement officers, LEA ONE is unmatched in subject matter expertise, curriculum development, and instructional delivery of law enforcement officer training in all facets of the Legal Aspects of Law Enforcement. LEA ONE operates and maintains its own LMS and virtual classroom portal and provides legal training in all delivery modalities: Live In-Person, Live Online, and On-Demand Online. LEA ONE offers live training at designated sites and also in training facilities at host law enforcement agencies. LEA ONE also conducts live training online through the LEA ONE Virtual Classroom portal. LEA ONE also offers On-Demand training on the Legal Aspects of Law Enforcement including: Search and Seizure Law, The Legal Aspects of Interrogations, The Legal Aspects of the Use of Force, Officer Liability, Courtroom Testimony, Discovery for LEOs and many others.
All of our instructional content is developed and constantly updated using strict curriculum development standards and then peer-reviewed by at least one other subject matter expert. All LEA ONE instructors are trained and FLETC Certified Senior Legal Instructors. We spend hours every week reading every federal case impacting the legal aspects of law enforcement and update our curricula immediately when needed.
There are several “one-man bands” out there selling training in Search and Seizure Law that is not peer-reviewed and not designed under strict curriculum development standards. Don’t settle for content that was developed by someone with no background in curriculum development and delivered by someone who has no experience as a prosecutor defending motions to suppress evidence.
