Transformative Visions was created in 2017 by leadership coaches and business leaders, Sue Bolton, and Paula Conkey. The two met in New York, while working at McGraw Hill. Since then, and many conversations later, they’ve brought their vision of a leadership coaching practice into reality!!
Sue Bolton recently worked for Netflix as a Senior Leader, managing a large global operations team. With her direction they excelled in their field and were a top performing team. Prior to that she worked at McGraw Hill Education, leading Ed Tech platform development & heading up the digital strategy across all international markets.
Paula Conkey has recently been delivering transformative coaching via her private practice and enjoyed success. Prior to this, she created and implemented Talent Strategies for Penton Media leading a team, while changing the culture and employee skills base, which led to a successful sale for 8x multiple. Before this she worked at McGraw Hill Education, managing the talent needs for the Digital Group and partnering to hire high performers, who excelled at delivering results.
Eventually, clients began asking them to coach teams and leaders across their companies and the two built out their groundbreaking ideas and programs enhanced by the personalized coaching experience.
Our coaching company consists of proprietary programs, evidence-based leadership assessments, 1/1 coaching and continual feedback.
