Students often contemplate and struggle with achieving desirable results and get lost in a sea of doubts. Most of the feedback comes from peers, who shared similar limited knowledge, with respect to what constitutes a good CV or Resume? While there are a lot of websites that provide free reviews using artificial intelligent systems or people, they might either hold on to an applicant’s data or one may find themselves mistrusting the system. And more often than the rest, career advice systems are expensive and not affordable for people (especially students) who really want to seek assistance and guidance for crafting impactful Resumes and CVs. With all this in mind, LEAP HIGH, a non profit initiative was launched to provide assistance to those who are in want and need of an effective, impactful and honest CV/Resume guidance and reviews, to improve their hiring aspects. We want to give students an opportunity to connect with academicians and professionals in the industry, who will provide helpful feedback on the same.
