*Who we are*
Learning Masterminds is an NGO formed by seven experts with varied skills and competencies in strategic leadership, education and youth project management, school leadership, stakeholder engagement, teaching and learning, monitoring, evaluation and learning, finance, communication and development outreach, marketing and public private partnerships. The seven experts were the Senior Management and Learning Team (SMLT) that led the hugely successful “Learning” Activity funded by USAID for 9 years, that from 2014 to 2023, trained over 68,000 teachers, headteachers and curriculum leads on how to improve reading, improved the reading skills of over 750,000 students in more than 7,000 schools nationally, and distributed over 15 million teaching and learning materials including Braille for children with low or no vision to schools nationwide.
