Welcome to the Future Learning Club. The club’s purpose is to bring together people that can influence and effect change within their organisation with learning solutions. We will be Studying and discussing the market trends, business challenges and the underlying technology to transform how we understand individual needs and deliver tailored curated personalised learning experiences that can transform, business performance, talent development, behaviour change and business outcomes not to mention culture. Whilst technology is only part of the solution, these emerging learning delivery methods are helping us get closer to the ideal learning experience for target audiences to meet business and performance objectives. To help us all understand how we need a better understanding of the underlying technology: Adaptive Learning, AI, machine learning, semantic web and voice-driven interfaces, Smart systems, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Natural Language processing. These technologies are opening up the possibility to move beyond skill development to personalised performance improvement. Applying time, historic data, current job tasks, and talent path to the learning experience. Embarking on this journey will be like moving from, economy, to first class to a private jet as we uncover the means to deliver learning and collaboration that is craved by learners and recognised as a key differentiator for future business growth. This group will hear from key note speakers every quarter looking at the reality that exists within companies today and the challenges and hurdles to overhaul and address them in order to create learning that is more physically and mentally immersive, has more connection to the work environment, is more personalised and aligned with real-world work experience for an individual rather than a job title.
