La société familiale D’Argifral est spécialisée dans la fabrication et la commercialisation de charcuteries de porc et de volaille. Le site principal de production, situé au cœur du Plateau de Herve, est consacré à la fabrication de charcuteries cuites telles que jambons cuits, boudins, saucisses et saucissons cuits ainsi qu’à l’activité de pré-tranchage et de conditionnement en portions consommateurs.
Les produits sont distribués dans la plupart des enseignes de la grande distribution belge, aux rayons traditionnels à la découpe ou dans les rayons libre-service. Ils sont commercialisés sous la marque "Le Bocage" ou en marque distributeur.
D'argifral collabore également avec un réseau important de grossistes répartis partout en Belgique.
Le deuxième site de production est situé en plein cœur de la Gaume, dans les Ardennes belges.
Il est spécialisé dans la fabrication artisanale et typique de saucissons secs type pur porc, gaumais ou ardennais. Produits de grande tradition, fumés en cheminée aux sciures de chêne et de hêtre, ils sont commercialisés sous la marque "Apéro Cochon".
