Na 10 jaar ervaring opgedaan te hebben met diverse rollen en taken in het onderwijs (bij het Albeda College), ben ik in 2019 begonnen met mijn eigen bedrijf LeerLust.
Om goed in te kunnen spelen op de steeds veranderende omstandigheden en uitdagingen in het onderwijs, komen steeds meer scholen tot de conclusie dat hier een andere denk- en werkwijze voor nodig is. Door Agile te werken, bv. met raamwerken als Scrum of Kanban, ontstaat meer focus, flexibiliteit en werkplezier. Omdat ik overtuigd ben van de kracht van Scrum, maar ook uit eigen ervaring weet hoe lastig het is om dit goed te organiseren, bied ik met LeerLust procesbegeleiding, coaching en training aan om docententeam te ondersteunen bij het goed organiseren van de bordsessies. Ik kan de gehele procesbegeleiding uit handen nemen of onderwijsteams opleiden om zelf succesvol aan de slag te gaan met Scrum of Kanban.
Naast Scrum ben ik gespecialiseerd in individuele coaching van docenten, teamcoaching bij onderwijsvraagstukken, het coachen van leerlingen, positieve groepsvorming, formatief evalueren en de veranderende rol van de docent.
Onderwijs elke dag een beetje beter maken en gelukkige leerlingen en onderwijsprofessionals, daar word ik blij van!
