About Me
Hey there! Leslie here from Bangalore. Welcome to my blog! and I am glad that you checked my about page. I am a passionate about helping people in building their career. I am also a Recruiter by profession. I have been in the staffing industry since 2012 post my MBA.
I started my career as US IT Recruiter; I was recruiting software professionals for US Clients in Mastech. Before I got my first job at Mastech, I had attended more than 70 interviews and failed. After my engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Raja Rajeswari Engineering college, Chennai I have roamed around the Chennai city to find my first Job. I have distributed my resume to companies in Chennai at their door Step like delivery guy.
However my love towards management roles made me to think about doing MBA, after those hard entrance exams I got admission in Amity Business School, My failures in interviews and Job search helped me to learn and find out the secrets in getting an interview and a Job. Yea, that helped me to get myself selected in campus Interview during my MBA. Today I can strongly say that I can crack any Interview for my roles. I can help you too.
Currently, I have 5+ years of experience into recruitment. I have handled recruitment for both IT & Non IT Domains. I have handled hiring for entry level to leadership level skills. So far I have interviewed 3000+ candidates and hired 1000+ candidates for MNC Companies. I am an expert at Tech hiring, Sales hiring, Finance hiring and I have used almost all tools that are available in the market today for recruitment. I am an expert in hiring though social media channels. I have learned the all those in the hard way. I love to teach recruiters and HR aspirants about Recruitment.
