Mission
GORILLA nutzt Freestyle-Sport, um durch glaubwürdige Botschafter junge Menschen in Schule und Freizeit zu erreichen und sie langfristig zu mobilisieren. In Theorie und Praxis fördert GORILLA die Bildung von Lebens- und Risikokompetenzen und vermittelt Freude an Bewegung, gesunder Ernährung und ein nachhaltigen Lebensstil. Eine wesentliche Voraussetzung, damit junge Menschen Verantwortung für ihr Wohlbefinden übernehmen und ihr Potential entfalten können.
Vom Herzensprojekt zur landesweiten Bewegung
Freestyle-Kultur verbindet. Der Wunsch, die Welt aktiv zu gestalten ebenso. Diese Verbindung eint das gesamte GORILLA Team. Bereits seit 2014 wird im Rahmen von Tagesworkshops an Schulen für mehr „UGA-UGA“ im Leben junger Menschen gesorgt.
Um die Wirkung der Maßnahmen, sowohl in der Breite als auch Tiefe, zu verstärken, bietet GORILLA ergänzende Module an:
• GORILLA Eventcontainer – vielseitig bei jedem Event einsetzbar
• GORILLA Playground – mobiler Freestyle-Park für Schule und Freizeit
• GORILLA Rookies – Partizipationskonzept für junge GORILLA Multiplikatoren
• GORILLA Academy – Ausbildungs- und Informationsplattform für Lehrpersonen, Coaches und Rookies
