Marina’s knowledge and an extensive background in HR with high profile corporations across a number of industries has provided her with the innate ability to develop training, coaching and mentoring. Having been made redundant herself and understanding the trauma caused to one’s self-esteem, confidence and lack of clarity provided the basis for Marina to launch Letz Create.
