Life Changes er et helhedsorienteret tilbud for borgere, der lever på kanten af samfundet og har brug for professionel støtte. Borgerne er blandt andre misbrugere, tidligere kriminelle, langvarige kontanthjælpsmodtagere og integrationsborgere.
På baggrund af målrettet og længerevarende mentoring og aktivering bliver borgerne igennem forløbet socialiseret eller resocialiseret. Målet er at opnå basale (sociale) færdigheder, så de kan indgå med succes i uddannelse, arbejdsmarkedsmæssige- og samfundsmæssige sammenhænge.
Med forløbet genvinder borgerne en plads i samfundet, og de opnår en så høj grad af varig selvforsørgelse, som det er muligt.
