Life Changing Group is een organisatie die zich bezighoudt met de ontwikkeling van jongeren in gesloten en/of open settings. Wij verzorgen dag, week & maand programma’s m.b.t educatie, sport, verbinding, 21-eeuwse vaardigheden, techniek, creativiteitsprogramma’s en vele andere zaken met als doel de ontwikkeling een positieve impuls te geven door intensief met de jongeren op zoek te gaan naar datgene wat hun op de juiste manier prikkelt. Ons doel hierbij is dat de jongeren na hun detentie of uithuisplaatsing de juiste stimulans hebben gevonden om de kans op herhaling aanzienlijk te verminderen. Wij bieden tevens een aangewezen contactpersoon binnen de organisatie aan om als nazorg te kunnen verzekeren dat de jeugdigen bij vragen altijd bij ons terecht kunnen.
+Wat doen wij:
Wij verzorgen binnen en buiten de inrichtingen complete activiteitenprogramma’s. Denk aan het reguliere onderwijs, vakantieweken, lesvrije dagen, weekenden en avonden. Tevens zetten wij de hedendaagse rolmodellen in waar de jongeren zelf naar opkijken. Wij ervaren dat de invloed op de jongeren hierdoor ook krachtiger wordt wat maakt dat de communicatie effectief is. Dit is een belangrijke sleutel naar een geslaagde ontwikkelingsplan. Onze lessen zijn uitgebreid en divers. Met ons team proberen wij de rugzak van de jongeren maximaal te vullen door onze expertise te delen.
