We specialise in training people to bring physical activity to those who work with older people, those with disability and/or young people. Our training enables safe and effective exercise to become a regular part of everyone’s life, maintaining and improving the general quality of life for all involved.
LifeDock courses are unique and the only training of this kind available in Northern Ireland. All courses are approved and accredited by Open College Network Northern Ireland.
