LIGHTING YOUR FUTURE SCHEME is the future of funding public and private sector LED lighting upgrades. We've taken away all barriers and created a way for you to benefit from the energy and financial savings of upgrading your lighting, without having to find the upfront capital in your budget.
We’ll calculate how much carbon and money you stand to save by upgrading your lighting and design a bespoke LED lighting plan for your site. We’ll then install your LED lighting upgrade for no upfront cost. The cost of the project is covered by a quarterly ‘service agreement’ charge based on a set period of years.
The quarterly service charge is a percentage of your savings and remains the same for the period of the agreement, making it easy to budget. There’s no capital cost upfront, so for the private sector it’s an Off Balance Sheet solution, your borrowing capacity and financial covenants aren’t affected.
The quarterly payments start at the end of the next annual quarter, following completion of the install, so you’ll already have accrued the financial savings.
