We believe that many ailments of our society can be traced to the top-down hierarchical way that companies are organized. This leads to exploitation, to unnecessarily long work days, and to the benefits of technology going to the top, rather than to the people. This is why 3D Guild and Lindström Design are democratic organizations.
SUSTAINABLE HOUSING
A long term goal for us at Lindström Design is to establish autonomous house-holds. We have backgrounds in engineering, and believe it to be possible to drastically improve the way we can locally produce our own food, water, heat, and electricity. Our long term goal is to develop self-reliant house-holds. First of all for ourselves, and secondly to bring these technologies to the world as products. This, we believe, will make our society more free, vibrant, and prosperous. It will be an important step in creating a world that we, and our children, would like to live in.
