Inspiration for this education startup came from Sir Qasim Ali shah and Sir Benje Williams. Journey of Sir Qasim Ali Shah (Teacher, writer, and trainer) is truly incredible. It is just amazing to see how he started from just 1 student and today he has trained more than 1 lakh people who are serving in different sectors of society. His success story explains that all big things have very small beginnings and if you want to build something than you need to build it brick by brick, with determination and zeal and eventually you get what you always wanted. Sir Benje Williams ( Co-founder of Amal academy, an education start up to equip youth of Pakistan with skills that they need to excel in their professional careers.) belongs to United States of America. It is truly inspiring to see how he left his comfortable life in USA and came to Pakistan with a vision of strengthening youth so that they could excel in their careers. His work on interpersonal skills illustrate that how important these skills are and there is a huge gap of interpersonal skills that lies in students. This inspired us to work on some interpersonal skills program that we could offer to students in Okara.
Link Institute has been formed to develop interpersonal skills that are required to excel in ones careers. These skills ranges from Effective English communication to job interview cracking skills. Meanwhile company is also committed to provide superior subject coaching to ensure academic success of students.
We have aspirations attached with Link Institute. We believe that this education startup can really make difference in society from education prespective. We hoping to change lives of 10,000 students by next three years.
