It’s up to both sides, the borrower, and the lender, to decide on the loan terms.
What should be the principal amount, the loan duration, and interest rates.
As soon as both sides agree on the terms, the NFT is locked in a smart contract as collateral and the borrower gets his loan.
Next, based on the agreed terms, the borrower repays the principal plus interest rates to the lender. and if he defaults the ownership of the NFT is transferred to the Lender.
