About Us
At Little Minds, we understand that a nanny should be more than just a childcare provider. We believe that the best nannies seek to foster your child’s development in all aspects of life—socially, emotionally, and intellectually—serving as mentors and role models who will inspire your children to reach their full potential. With this in mind, our agency recruits driven, interactive, college-educated nannies who will share their expertise with your children—from helping with reading homework to learning foreign languages to practising the piano. We offer a variety of services for families and nannies, including:
• Full-time Permanent Placements (20+ hours per week)
This option is for families looking for a nanny to provide daily childcare in their home during the workweek.
• Part-time Permanent Placements (2 to 19 hours per week)
This option is for families looking for a nanny to come to their home for a few days each week. This is an excellent option for families who would like to improve their children’s language skills.
We consider a nanny placement to be the beginning, not the end, of our professional relationship. We believe that the nannies we select are exceptional and want you to feel confident in your new caregiver’s abilities. Families receive continual, individualised support from our agency throughout the placement process and beyond.
