We provide a 30 week program that assists women who are underemployed, unemployed, and/or returning to the workforce. Lives In Transition's offer a FREE PLACEMENT SERVICE FOR EMPLOYERS where we focus on giving our clients the essential and necessary skills to be fantastic employees. We assist our clients to be able to move towards the end goal of employment, further education or training.
Some of the other elements of the program include the following:

• Employment Readiness
• Occupation-Related Skill Training
• Academic Upgrading
• Life Management Skills
• Flexible programming to accommodate appointments or interviews, etc.
• Mentorship throughout the program
We also have job shadow or work experience component that that your company can take advantage of. As long as you have the work available, someone to train, then we can have the right person for this piece. You do not pay a wage during this period, until you hire them!
