LAS is a West Midlands based assembly service with an energetic and quality focussed team with the combined experience of 40 years. Our company strengths are based on electronic assembly builds including lighting conversions, remote box assemblies and preparation, electronics hand assembly and other assembly builds. Our speciality comes in providing assembly solutions with a range of UK and international quality partners. We use quality components and provide a 5-year warranty to any assembly works, all of which are carried out within our UK facility. LAS has good relationships with several UK manufacturers and can assist with sourcing products from within the UK to suit customer requirements. LAS provide the following services: - Remote Box Assembly and Luminaire Conversions We manufacture customer specific remote box assemblies using free-issued parts, as well as manufacturing to customer specifications. We carry out 100% function testing of product prior to despatch. We strive to be environmentally friendly converting fluorescent light fixtures into energy efficient LED light fixtures based on customer specifications. We are also able to assist with the conversion of luminaires including high bay fittings. With our technical expertise and contacts within the lighting industry, we can assist our customers with guidance and provide solutions. Electronic and Electrical Assembly As well as remote box builds, we have the expertise and capability to manufacture electronic assemblies, which includes changing of through-hole parts and reworking of products for customers. Electrical Preparations LAS can also assist with the preparation of components and fixing kits to improve your productivity.
