LOC Group's roots lay within Love Real Estate. Love Real Estate opened its doors for business in 1945, after Ted Love had returned from the Second World War. From those humble beginnings, Love has grown to a company of over sixty employees and eight offices across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, and has stayed an unblemished course to become on of the most reputable real estate agencies in Melbourne. Sixty years in the real estate business has given Love a truly unparalleled insight into the world of property, allowing us to provide a service that matches our clients to a tee.
With such a background of experience, it seemed a perfect fit for Love Real Estate to branch out and create Love Owners Corporation (Love&Co Strata), an owners corporation management company with a determination to provide the highest standards of expert management and care for our properties, while instituting a personal rapport with our clients, which has been sorely lacking in the market to date. We aim to change this.
In 2016 LOC Property Group was formed as an expansion of Love&Co Strata to further provide the high standards clients were receiving. The creation of LOC Strata Management QLD, VIC & WA were soon created to service the High-Rise development market in Victoria and offer services in Queensland & Western Australia.
