Stichting Kunstwerk Loods6 (KL6) exploiteert en beheert vier panden met ruim 28.000m2 aan ateliers, creatieve bedrijfs-, winkel- en evenementenruimtes. Loods6 aan de KNSM-Laan is onze grootste locatie. De loods huisvest een paar honderd kunstenaars, creatieve ondernemers en verder horeca en winkels. Daarnaast heeft Loods6 meerdere evenementruimtes.
Het Quarantaine Gebouw ligt op loopafstand van Loods6 aan het Rietlandpark. Deze broedplaats is eigendom van Stadsherstel. In het gebouw zijn 12 ateliers, 2 muziekstudio’s en een café-restaurant gerealiseerd.
De Bonte Zwaan in de Houthavens is een broedplaats met 27 ateliers en 8 commerciële ruimtes en een evenementruimte genaamd Dek West. De Bonte Zwaan is eigendom n Stichting Buurtcentra Amsterdam.
De Genieloods Fort aan den Ham in Uitgeest is eigendom van Stadsherstel. Deze loods is gerenoveerd tot 6 ate
