We have negotiated with our partner bank a better rate based on your financial profile, so you won’t have to spend time and effort doing that. We know that all the technicalities and expenses involved in buying your first home can get a bit too much! The “Afford” page is designed so that you can always view your mortgage interest rate in real time and decide how much you want to save/spend. The more extra services you add, the more money you save. It’s that simple!
