Using a blend of mindfulness, photography and nature connection, our evidence-based methodology improves mental health, wellbeing, and resilience.
At Look Again we support you, your staff, your clients or service users to use mindful photography to:

* remain focused, motivated, creative and productive
* deal with fear, anxiety and depression around uncertainty and change
* connect more meaningfully with yourself, colleagues, your community and the wider world
