With more than 27 years of experience in the hotel real estate sector. We specialize in off-market real estate assets of all kinds, we provide services to our clients investors in wealth management, planning, development and management of territorial assets, rural properties, plots, land urban and real estate, intermediation and commercialization of real estate assets.
We currently have a large portfolio of real estate assets hotel, tourist apartments, residential and commercial real estate assets, as well as urban land with hotel, residential and commercial projects. Although we work in all of Spain, with great activity in the Balearic Islands, Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid and Marbella, we also have an international presence, such as all Europe, Dubai, USA, Africa and so on.
Loptor offers services such as search, negotiation and follow-up of operators, investment operations, divestment and sale & leaseback of hotel assets at a national and international level. We carry out operations with national and international operators of AAA classification, to assure those investments that require it or to carry out the brand expansion of national and international operators.
We also offer Asset Management services aimed at preserving the short, medium and long term profitability of your assets and your investment.
