Ian lives with his wife Elaine over the shop and as such his business is an integrated part of his everyday life, something he wouldn't change. If he does want to step away for a bit however, he enjoys spending time at the farm where he can get some fresh air and keep an eye on things. One of the best part of the jobs, Ian says, is the everyday jesting and interaction with customers who make everyday different at the butchers where a bit of friendly fun is always guaranteed.
