With our first payload launching to the Moon in 2025, the ALEPH project aims to demonstrate that life can germinate and thrive in harsh lunar conditions. By placing a carefully selected payload of seeds and plants on the lunar surface and learning how they adapt, we will take early steps towards the goal of a sustainable human presence on the Moon. This isn't just a lunar mission - what we learn about adaptability in conditions on the Moon will benefit agriculture in extreme environments here on Earth.
