Lybrides a été créé en avril 2024 par Camille Pech de Laclause, après une expérience de 8 ans dans l'édition indépendante en sciences humaines et en littérature aux éditions des Belles Lettres. Depuis avril 2025, Claire Jeantet a rejoint Lybrides, en qualité d'éditrice et agente spécialisée dans les contenus audio.
