There are roofs all over the islands that could become renewable energy generators, and a huge opportunity for growing solar for our community. We’re excited to be leading the charge and partnering with Tonga Power Limited to help get there and proud to be helping Tonga gain access to energy that is cheaper, safer, and better for the environment. SEAVIEW LODGE - Tourism Seaview Lodge is Boutique Hotel located on the Waterfront in Nuku’alofa, offering an outstanding fine Dining Restaurant and Event Venue. Since 2014 the Lodge is an Ethical Tourism enterprise and part of the Energy Transition in the South Pacific. PROJECT GITA REBUILD & COVID19 RESCUE PACKAGE - Aid programs When Cyclone Gita swept through Tonga in 2018, the M Group was quick to respond to this crisis. Private donations of TOP$2,000,000 were put towards the rebuild and restoration of many homes and businesses. Within 9 months The M Group team organised the funding, and managed and executed on the rebuild plan. Donor support from outside Tonga has been confirmed to support hardship during the Covid-19 lockdown and aftermath. An amount of TOP$150,000TOP has been pledged. The M Group team will oversee the use of these funds and work with the recipients.
