La formation MIB a pour objectif de former des futurs professionnels de l’Innovation ayant une double compétence : Compétence scientifique de haut niveau dans le domaine du Génie Biochimique et compétence managériale opérationnelle dans le domaine de la gestion de projets d’Innovation

Ce point est fondamental pour permettre de développer des approches industrielles et faciliter l’intégration des étudiants dans le monde professionnel.
L’approche MIB vise à mettre l’étudiant et ses projets professionnel et personnel au centre de la formation.
Au cours du premier semestre l’étudiant réalisera un véritable bilan de compétences, puis formalisera son projet de vie en intégrant les aspects professionnels et personnels. Sa recherche de stage sera construite à partir de ce bilan et de ce projet.
