By applying plant-based technology, juliArt developed professional scalp treatments for salons and premium retails. juliArt manages shops in 10 department stores and 2 flag scalp treatment centers, and can be reached in most high-end salons in Taiwan.
For over 20 years, we have been studying solutions for scalp problems, where there is a need, there is always an answer.
The founder Eric Chen inherited from his grandfather's hair industry founded in 1954, and he improved the formula with herbal ingredients and established professional scalp-caring process.
