Madhukar Livelihood Foundation is a Community driven non profit with an expertise in project designing, planning and implementation of initiatives for upscaling the growth of communities in the social and development sector. We are livelihood centric and work towards building and improving the livelihoods of the rural communities. We aim to enhance the socio-economic conditions and provide better quality of life to the people.
Madhukar Livelihood Foundation was incorporated on 22nd October 2019 (under companies Act 2013) - Successor & Assignees of Afro Asian Development Consortium – established 2002. The principal objective of MLF is to empower rural people (especially women), the indigenous tribes in coordination with CSOs, Government of India and governments of various states.
At MLF, we firmly believe that the best way to empower rural communities, is by improving their economic capacity and by creating self-sustainable livelihood opportunities. Identified need & rationale is:

We are a non-profit that works to strengthen local rural/ tribal communities so that underprivileged women, young & educated girls and tribal farmers can achieve economic independence. Through our work in Livelihood, Health & Nutrition, Environmental Management, and Digital Empowerment we are able to offer novel approaches to enduring issues in livelihood development.
We combine internal experience with a robust network of relationships to provide large-scale results for a wide range of stakeholders, as well as access to the national & international confederation of experts.
