For over 30 years, Dr. Marco Battistoni has been helping medical professionals in Italy approach patients in more holistic ways. He saw his own patients suffering in a variety of ways his medical arts alone could not heal, so he researched what could and ultimately designed Maenne. Maenne was born from a combination of eastern and western influences, including Dutch research into brain injury recovery, Ayurveda, Reiki, and traditional Chinese acupuncture.
