Management One Solutions and its property management systems and software platform is the brain child of Ron Sudman, Founder, and CEO. After “falling” into property management 31 years ago, working 14-hour days, 6 days a week, and not taking a vacation, Ron had an “a-ha” moment. It was at this time that he decided to create systems that would streamline the property management business. Allowing 8-hour days, 5 days a week, and a 3-week vacation each year and never call the office, check email for text the office. Does he really do this? Yes, he does and has done it multiple times.

Thus, M1Solutions software was born, and he purchased 50% of the software company so he would have control on how it would be integrated into the Management One Solutions systems.
This now brought it full circle where a user could have it all. Where the software was integrated with all the systems and process eliminating the need to have 3rd party apps or other software to run their property management operations. The fact it was built by a property manager and his team they thought of all the things people who create software only don't think of.
