Mani Technology is an agribusiness startup that is dedicated to improving food security and economic growth in Ghana by producing high-quality, hygienic, and yet cost-effective multi-purpose cassava flour through climate-smart systems. This solution improves accessibility for the flour industries, increases revenue for farmers, and reduces post-harvest losses of cassava.
