Mapubi is an Non Government Organisation (NGO) that aims at providing knowledge transfer between academics and professionals in Africa. Mapubi was created in 2009 in Frankfurt- Germany.
Through the ‘My Future Now’ project, we are working together with 'Save a Child Save a Nation' (SACSAN) and various education institutions in Africa to enhance networking between students and the professional world and give them an idea of opportunities they can aspire to. We recognize that most school and university students have very little contact with the professional industry, and our goal is to offer students a curriculum that is more tailored to the professional world through a week long Summer School program.
Our NGO has been founded by Africans from different nationalities and through our network of mentors, we are developing a panafrican network of academics and professionals willing to improve the lives of their local communities.
