MARASHSTROY has been established in 2004 with the joint efforts of two civil engineers; Mr. Selçuk Karaca and Mr. Ertan Ertem who each have 25 years of experience in construction industry. Today, MARASHSTROY became a well-known international contractor with its experienced in-house staff of over 3000 people, modern equipment range, machinery park, and total turnover of approximately 1 billion USD including projections to the end of 2014.
MARASHSTROY’s efforts in winning the trust of customers and strengthening ties with them have paid off especially after 2007, and the company has earned a remarkable reputation. As a result of systematic works carried on since then, the annual sales have grown more than 10 times by the end of 2013.
Significant experiences have been gained at around 60 different construction sites in all over the Russian Federation in projects of various levels of difficulty such as: residential complexes, hotels, shopping and business centers, warehouses, logistic centers, factories and industrial plants.
MARASHSTROY’s solid structure and experiences reflected in numerous international projects have always been in demand. This is the result of a motivating leadership and a well organized team-work.
