The Compliance Lab is a consulting firm that provides Corporate and Financial Compliance and Privacy services.
Our Corporate Compliance services include implementing and reviewing compliance programs, providing training, internal investigations and Anti-Corruption M&A Due Diligence. Our financial compliance services include projects of anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and sanctions.
Our privacy projects include creating and implementing privacy policies, responding to Data Subject Requests, representing the client as their interim Data Privacy Officer, reviewing data privacy clauses in contracts and mapping privacy international regulations.
Our founder, Marcela Pascoareli has been working with Compliance and Privacy since 2009. She has worked in Latin America, Europe and the United States with clients and global companies in professional services, law firms and startups.
Currently our firm can offer projects in English, Portuguese and Spanish. We are based in Los Angeles, California and also have a presence in São Paulo, Brazil. This gives us the opportunity to work with clients globally as we can work hybrid and/or remote.
