Hi, my name is Marita and my story is all about self-exploration. The question ‘who am I?’ isn’t a quick one to answer, because there is a lot to me. My friends describe me as sweet, strong, caring, intelligent, beautiful on the inside and out. I can be shy, insecure, scared and quiet. Or loud, the center of attention and brave. I can also be mean, arrogant or selfish. But I am also kind, good hearted and sharing. You see, not an easy question to answer. Most of all, I am a Woman.
I have a bachelor in communications and I have studied experience based psychosocial therapy. I’ve had all different kinds of therapy in the past years and I have read a lot of books about self-exploration from different angles, believes and study’s. And now it is time for me to share all that knowledge and experiences with you. I share my knowledge in my blog, that’s where I tell you about my own self-exploration adventures. And in my workshops I teach you how to begin your own self-exploration adventure.
