He is a member of the Certified Valuators and Analysts. He does business valuations for everything from buy-sell agreements and divorces to mergers and acquisitions and exit planning.
Mark is a member of the Exit Planning Institute, Inc. specializing in Exit planning for business owners and advisors for over twenty five years. He is trained to form teams and strategies that help owners exit their businesses with the highest value possible no matter when they exit.
Mark is a Chartered Mergers and Acquisition specialist and member of the The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors® (The Alliance). He is licensed to buy and sell businesses and has been involved in several transactions for clients both buy and sell side, including the purchase of his own business.
