In 2010, Insight Tap started as an incognito agency, and is now coming up for air in 2019. We are focused on doing 2 things: 1. Tapping into data that businesses had available and were not acting on, and 2. Turning those insights to action. "We don't have the time or resources to tap into our data." is something that we've heard from nearly every business we've talked to. This is a huge issue, because it shows that the problem is resource constraint, and the ability to find actionable insights. This is low hanging fruit for businesses because lying within the data are the findings necessary for growth.
This happens in an age where information exists, and businesses struggle combing through what seems to be an endless ocean of information. Our goal is to make companies 'go forward strategy' more clear by identifying market traits, competitive and consumer insights that can generate the next steps towards growth.
